Paranormal experience

I don't like to talk about paranormal experiences since I don't really believe in them, but even from the position of someone who doesn't think of paranormal things as a reality there's somethings that doesn't really makes sense, and as an example for that I'll use a story from 8 years ago.

I spend my highschool years at a school that during the period of time the country was under a dictatorship, used to be a prison or torture place, and as every place who held such horrible acts it did have vestiges of that terrible past. More specifically, in the third floor roof from the lowest building of the school, there was a place where we used to play football, and there were also two really weird rooms. That rooms didn't have windows, neither doors, and the ceilling was blocked. Every opening a regular room should have, there was blocked by concrete to prevent the access to everyone. One day, an inspector from the school told us that those rooms where torture centers, and since the day the dictatorship ended in our country, those rooms were sealed so no one could know what happened inside. 

Everyday, when the sun comes down, there's people who said that some weird voices came from inside those rooms, someones even stated that there's still people inside the rooms, others said that the voices are the voices of those who never did it back from that rooms. As what it comes to me, I didn't think there's something inside and never heard by myself those noises but, for me, the real mistery relies on the rooms themselves. Why were they sealed? and, why hasn't someone opened them? there could be clues to the whereabouts of people whose families are still waiting for them to come back. The whereabouts of those people shouldn't be hide by paranormal activities, and instead, should be pursued in order to all of us to know the truth and give them finally the proper rest they deserve.
